The Practice is a large watercolour painting figurative expressionism styleof rugby players at their practice field. My gestural art practice is here at its best.
Each movement has been captured individually by my hand in 20 to 30 seconds. The hues of earth wet and dry are typically Australian. Each facial expression is singular and created ‘in the moment ‘ with my lines.
After sometime and numerous observations times I created a composition and here is the result. I love contact sport its very primal.
